Kerala trip - a list of Pure vegetarian hotels

I am just coming back from a trip to Kerala. Visited Thekkady, Kaladi and Guruvayoor. The trip was great, but food was a problem at times. Mainly because of the fact that Kerala has very few Pure Veg hotels. Here is a list of Pure Vegetarian hotels I happened to visit (or see). Hope someone will benefit from it.

Guruvayoor - Most of the hotels near the temple are Pure veg.
Trissur - There are a few Pure veg hotels in the city. I found Hotel Pathans near the temple quite good.
Angamalai- Hotel woodlands (NH 47)
Perambavur- Hotel Aryas
Valencheri- Hotel Ambika (NH 17)
Pala- Hotel Ambadi, Hotel Aryas
Kumily- Anand Bhavan, Arya Bhavan
Muvathupuzha- Hotel New Aryas

Mysore - Thekkady

Travelled from Mysore to Thekkady on 11th Nov 2004. Had we gone via Coimbatore, it would have been shorter and faster. But we were misguided. :(
Anyway, here is the route we happened to take:

Mysore (Left at 8:00 AM)
-> Sultan Bateri -> Calicut (13:00)
-> Valencheri (had lunch here. Hotel Ambika)
-> Kunnamkulam
-> Guruvayur (16:00 - 18:45. Visited the temple and had coffee & snacks at India coffee house)
-> Trissur -> Angamalai
-> Kalady (the temple was closed by the time we reached there. So, we covered while coming back)
Perambavur
Moovathupuzha
Pala
Kanjirapalli
Mundakayam
Peermede
Kumily
